This first trip is family business, so I'll be impeccably behaved.. The second trip in June is for K9, so I'll get to yell at cops and tell them if they don't behave I'll sic TRH on them. So that'll be more phun. The third trip is pike fishing in Alberta....where they fly us in cause we won't be fit to be around decent folks.....

Free range Axis on a ranch my pard runs in the hill country. Done the right way..spot and stalk. Lil girl made a heck of a shot on hers. Spotted him and 3 other bucks off a ridge in an oat field, had to cut about 400 yds off in the wide open to get within comfortable shooting distance. Buck quartered to us slightly so I told her to aim mid shoulder height at where the neck joins... 227 yds prone off her bipod. Nothing fancy about mine..other than it was with a 7X57!!
