There was a run of it produced in Brazil about 20 years ago for the Uberti clone of the Henry rifle. Don't see much of it around. Color me Jurassic if you want but I'd like to see that gun and a reliable supply of ammo available OTC, or at least something similar. The .44 Henry Flat was not a ballistic barn burner but I'm thinking it would be dandy for general use. And pigs.  Yeah I recall when Uberti did that .44 Henry clone. Dad was thinking of getting one, which led to us thinking about how we'd make ammo for it. That was about the time he was on a wildcat kick. We'd made cases for the Herretts, & the 7mm BR. At some point in discussing .44 rimfires, I think the term, "fulminate of mercury" came up, and we looked at one another and decided the bragging rights weren't worth the grief
