I would have much preferred a Red Wings/Bruins final, but this would be my second choice. Since the Bruins have 18 Canadians on their roster (Chicago only has 13  ) , I guess I'll be leaning towards Beantown, but I won't be disappointed no matter who wins.

PLEASE GOD...... LET THE BRUINS BEAT THE BLACKHAWKS Although I admittedly cant stand the Blackhawks (my father is from Mass. so I was raised to hate them), I would like to see the Bruins win against anyone this year...considering what the city of Boston has gone through recently think it would mean a lot to the people there.

Yea I really don't know what to expect as I didn't getta watch Boston all year and as far as I know they did not play each other this season. I don't hate Boston like I do the Deadwings and any Bruin team that gets to the Cup is gonna be a damn good team. Hawks have some real work to do now. Great game. I couldn't stay awake after the end of the 2nd OT, though. Hawks out-shot the Bruins, but it seemed that the Bruins had more scoring opportunities, especially in the 2nd OT.
It's gonna be an interesting series!

The Bruins outplayed the Hawks in that 3rd OT yet still found a way to lose the game. The Hawks looked tired there at the end and I thought for sure the Bruins would win it. Daugavins needs to stop with the fancy [bleep] and just shoot the puck, he had a wide open net and tried to deke his way to a facy goal and ends up losing the puck.
What an epic game that was, I hope the rest of them don't go to 3 OT's or i'll never get any sleep.
