Well over the last 50 years or so, I killed them with Core-Lokt, Interlock, Pre Interlock Speer Sierra TBBC Partitions What ever the bullet was in Norma loads 156 gr 6.5 mm Wood Shaft Arrows Shotgun Slugs of one type or another, 45cal Lead Ball. Federal Fusion, Blue Box Federals Winchester Power Points Swift A Frame. That about all I can remember with out going and looking in my hunting Journal. Been keeping one since 1964- I write a little better now, more detailed . About the only good thing we have going for us these days is the fact that deer in most places are plentiful in most cases. Can't say for the gun laws thou, CCW not with standing. GCA '68 has to go.

.284" 140 Barnes TTSX, 150 TTSX (7 Rem Mag) .308 125gr Barnes X (.30-06) 130gr Barnes XLC (.30-06) 150gr Barnes XLC, TSX, TTSX (.30-06 and .300 Win Mag)
I've also dispatched a number of them with a .223 and .40 S&W that were "pre wounded" by vehicles, caught in fences, etc. but I don't think that counts.

Kind of hard to remember all of them back through the years and I didn't always take great notes in years gone by.
Nosler Solid Base Nosler Ballistic Tip (love those things for deer sized game) Nosler Partition
Remington CL
Sierra GameKing
Speer Hot Core
Barnes TSX
Berger VLD
Hornady "Great Plains" lead hollow point (muzzle loader)
Am hooked on Nosler Ballistic Tips anymore, usually from the .25-06 too.

Kinda like shooting rabbits, most anything kills them, even bows. Weird question.
It is better to be judged by 12 than to be carried by 6.
