How about this:

.22LR
32 H&R
30/30
444 Marlin

By the way, when I touch off this 444 for the first time with a Hornady LM factory load, it is going to rearrange my sinuses?

Sounds like a good battery although I've never had a 30-30 I really liked. I just can't get them to shoot for me. I do prefer the larger bores, and the 444 is a favorite. It shouldn't loosen your fillings too much, just hold the rifle firmly and pull it into your shoulder. Get or borrow a Past recoil pad or place a towel between the butt and your shoulder if you have any qualms. I won't quite say that recoil can be your friend, but I know a few guys that say it's better than coffee to get them started in the morning.

Well you have a good start going. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />
Mine is more like
22LR
357
44 Mag
45 Colt
30-30
35 Rem
45-70
I wouldn't say this on the Marlin Forum but the 444 works pretty well for most things. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Recoil can depend on load but I'd shoot it a few times standing up. Many of the levers could actually stand to have a good recoil pad added. I put a Pachmayer Decelerator in my 45-70. It helps. After you fill
in the holes next will come the duplications. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/help.gif" alt="" />

How about Win 71 348, Win 55 30-30 TD, pre-64 Win 88 308, Win 1886 45-70, Win 9422, pre-64 Win 64 30-30, pre-64 Win 94 30-30, Marlin 444ss, 336, Savage 1926 TD, and Savage EG from 1953? Think I forgot 1-2. Oh well. If the Hornady light mag stuff won't rattle your fillings, I'll give you some 444 loads that will---2MG

I'm embarrassingly behind everyone here with a battery of just one. It's an old .219 Zipper Marlin.

My dad's one of the crustiest bolt action men you'll ever meet and he's already doing better than me with a .30/30 centennial rifle and an M71 .348Win ::O

Win 94 Trapper 30-30. It is my summer backpacking gun that fits out of sight in my pack so the granola chewers don't freak out when I walk by them on the trail.
