... powdered milk for breakfast cereal ... Used to use Carnation powdered milk, but switched to non-dairy creamer powder. Tastes more like milk when used over cereal on the trail, IMO. Mixes better. Dude, that is some artery-cloggin' [bleep]. For real. Do a little reading on hydrogenated fats. When I read the words, "partially-hydrogenated" on a label, I put it back on the shelf.
