I buy the new ones to read, not just for data.
I'd also like to think that the new-bees to reloading actually read the manuals and have a background in "Principals and Practices"....
Why it is done this way and not that way.
How best to do it and things to avoid ,etc.

My latest are
the Hodgdon annual magazine, Berger, new Nosler, new Lee
