Anybody ever notice how their taste buds might change over the years?
I used to absolutely hate Liver n Onions and the last couple years my opinion of them have done a 180 ... now my mouth waters just at the thought of them!

I don't eat offal. I know some folks love eating guts, but I'm not one of them. No liver, heart, lungs, kidneys, intestines, spleens or any of that chit.  Now that I think about it, I don't eat brains. Just don't seem right. And all this stuff too. I just ain't been that hungry yet.

Bugs. And rotten pickled stuff that bald headed [bleep] guy on (I think) the Food Channel eats around the world. He makes mano a mano look almost acceptable compared to the stuff he puts in his mouth.

I have never found any food that could not be improved with the addition of habanero hot sauce.
I will eat most anything, including BBQ bat, dog, reptiles of all sort and some bugs. I have never eaten anything that would make me gag.

Honestly I'll eat just about anything, and enjoy some pretty strange stuff. Raw, spicy, fermented, marine mammals, no problem.
But BS, no thanks. I figure anything you can wrap in bacon, stuff with garlic and cook in butter and you still will have a hard time eating just isn't fit to eat.
