FS; Turn Key F-Class open/Longrange Hunter 7mmWSM

Can't belive I'm doing this but here goes. This rifle has been in the safe for 2 years. I don't shoot it anymore and it's too nice to let it sit. So Here it is.
Longshot Rifles, built by Chris Mathews, protoge of George Gardner, went on his own, built some great rifles, then gave it up. Anyway here are the specs:
Stiller Predator action, single shot short action
Broughton 1-9 twist .284 7mmWSM, no-turn neck
9 deep flutes
Pillar Bedded
Stiller Recoil Lug
Vais Muzzle brake with threaded cap
McMillan A5, 1" Decel pad. two flush cups, Terry Cross Camo swirley
Terry Cross Cheek Piece
Stiller ADL Trigger Guard, 3 action screws
Stiller short action 20 MOA Rail
Badger Bolt Knob
Rifle Basix RB-LV-1K trigger set @ 1lb, very nice.
Ceramic Gun Kote
Nightforce NXS 8-32X56, NPR1, no sero stop or speed turret, box papers, scope covers, if wanted
Nightforce medium Ultra Light Rings
All shipped in Tan Storm Case just like pictured. Barrell broken in per Broughton's instructions, 579 documented rounds fired, cleaned after every session. This rifle is like new, NEVER abused. I'm VERY anal when it comes to my guns, always in a silicone gun sock, locked in my safe, Shipped to your FFL, $4,800.00 takes EVERYTHING.
I will not split this up, turn key. BOOM!

Answering a couple good questions I've been asked:

first let me apologize fot the picture of my old "fat" azz. I have lost 130lbs since this was taken. Yippee

total weight of gun with scope is just shy of 14lbs.

It is a true half minute gun. It shoots the 162 AMAX, 175 Match King, 168VLD's, 180VLD's and JLK's all, GREAT, as for powders, 4831sc, IMR 7828ssc, RE-22, Retumbo and H-1000, were what I have used. I kept loads mild, never have been one to loadem till they bulge. 175's=2799fps, 162's=2945fps, 180's= 2852fps

I am going to leave the asking price as is through the weekend, then decide to lower it or keep it.
No trade, need to pay daughters tuition.....

Badaboom, great questions, I will take those measurements when I get home. I will look at the invoice and see if it gives contour. I can mic the barrell and compare it to Broughtons chart.

I did wiegh it, just under 14 pounds. It was never a problem carrying it from the jeep to the blind. I mostly carried it in a soft case. The push button sling cups are great, I used a Neopreen sling which would sretch, so it was not a killer.

couple more questions have popped up.

Broughton's 5C Light Varmint 7.1 contour, .88 at muzzle, 1.20 at action

26" boltface to crown
27 1/8 bolt face to end of brake when screwed on

Over all length of complete rifle with brake on is 47"

Post from a Fire memeber who owns rifles built by Chris

If you're talking about Chris Matthews of Longshot Rifles, the new owner will own/shoot a VERY accurate rifle. Chris was an extremely talented 'Smith, but a very poor businessman, thus he is no longer in business. I own two 6.5x47's he built for me that will easily do .25 moa 5-shot groups. One is my heavy 17lb sniper rifle with a Surgeon 591 SA in 1.5 AICS stock. The other is my light(8lb) Pierce SA in a McMillan Rem Sporter with a 24.5" #3 Broughton.

You won't catch me selling either.
