I live with an interior designer so I never had to go looking... she gets another shade of neutral color when called a "decorator".

I live with an interior designer so I never had to go looking... she gets another shade of neutral color when called a "decorator". I would bet that is a fun button to push when you want to be annoying.

What qualities do YOU look for when selecting an interior decorator? Depends on whether it's male or female. There is a difference.

my wife hired one a few years ago when we were remodeling our home. she ask the employees at several "home" stores, and she hired a lady suggested by the manager of a "bed, bath, and beyond". our decorator had a degree in interior design, if that means anything. she was easy to talk to and brought out numerous samples for days on end until my wife picked what she wanted. if memory serves, i believe she charged 150.00 an hour to come to our home. money well spent as my wife was happy. she also became good friends with the decorator.

I bathed myself in Dexron III ATF today. I shut off the service engine light in my truck by replacing the fuel tank pressure sensor, installed a new tail shaft seal in the transfer case, and swapped out the ATF fluid in the transfer case.
