210 Noslers, H414, 65g, WLR primer, 2750fps, .76" group. Water volume of the case to the mouth was 80.5g, worst batch of Norma brass I ever saw. Same brass on all loads.

215 Sierra Game King, H414, 68g, WLR primer, 2780fps, .831" group.

BEST LOADS
215 Sierra Game King, H4350 66g, 215M primer, 2785fps, .490".
" " 69g, " 2795fps .621"

210 Nosler, IMR4831, 71g Max, 2805fps, 215M primer, best group 2.1".

225 Hornady, IMR4831, 72g, 2778fps, WLRM primer, best group .495".

225 Hornady, H4831, 74g, 2744fps, WLR primer, best group 1.034".

I was using Pressure Trace equipment on these. Most of these loads were right at 65,000 lbs. Barrel was 22". Be careful! I had pierced a few primers and had extractor marks before I used the Pressure Trace. This was about the time I quit being a velocity freak. You don't see pressure signs till you're usually well over safety.

I have quite a bit more data on other powders, particularly the VihtaVouri line. Good luck with N560, not so good with N100 series.

Good luck.

Found another with H414, 210 Noslers. 65g, 2750fps, .76" gp.

Update been hard at with this thing I was getting well over 2800 fps with rl 17 but accuracy not their I was using 225gr hornady. Then switched to 210gr ttsx using rl19 accuracy was promising but stopped with this load went back to 225gr bullets. So switched to rl22 accuracy is their with 225gr accubonds and 225gr hornady sst, but my chrono broke I need to go buy another one I have no idea what the velocity is as of now.

I use 200gr Accubonds with 66.5 rl17. I’m going to give rl26 a try in it with 225gr bullets. I couple hundred 225gr Accubonds.

66 gr with RL-17 for your 338-300 WSM with the 225 accubond sounds about right.

My 22" 338 RCM using 225 accubonds: uses 61 gr of RL-17 for 2750 fps

Now if you want some serious thump you could try the 300 gr Berger OTM. My load: 300 gr Berger 54 grains of RL-17 vel 2350 fps. Fits and feeds from 3.050" magazine.
I would imagine you could get 2400 fps or more.

A poster on LRH, Broz, reported velocities with his kills with the 300 gr OTM bullet. I calculated that even with this sluggish bullet it would be quite lethal out to 550 yds or a bit more Your rifle would extend the performance even more.

Broz:

"We took two elk today with the Berger 300gr Hybrid OTM from my .338 Lapua mag. Bullet performance was pretty much identical with 1 1/4 to 1 1/2" exits."

First was at 825 Yards and a rib cage shot. Impact velocity was 1966 fps. Exit was about 1 1/4"

"Bedded cow at 816 yards. Impact velocity was 1975 fps. Cow was slightly facing away. Entrance was in the crease behind the near shoulder. Exit was far shoulder. I was kinda surprised that the exit was only 1 1/2" or so. But this exit is deceiving. Note the bone fragments on he hair around the hole. Inside was total destruction and the exit shoulder was a loss. Elk died quick and clean. I am pleased."
