Well here's the boy's .243. Remington 700 SPS Youth, wronghanded. Bedded and floated by me and Dave. Burris FFII 3-9 w/ elevation turret and ballistic plex bought off SLM. As per always, Weaver rings and bases. THinking I'm not going to be able to wait till the end of next month to give it to him. The 95 grain BT load is staying MOA, the 87 grain Vmax load is staying considerably under.  Gruff sprung for some fancy targets!  Looking good, bro. I've been tempted more than once by a couple of SPS youths in SS at our SW. They got one in 7-08 and .243. Figure put a full size stock on there and have a sweet little 20" shooter.

Even with the short LOP, it's usable for a fullsize shooter, and it is one handy little mofo. I had my doubts with the stock, it made me puzzle for a few minutes when it came bedding time, but proof will be in the pudding.
