I have a new Utah made ultimate shadow in 264 WM. I don't care for the synthetic stock. Will this fit in a New Haven Featherweight stock?

If the New Haven stock is inlet for the one piece bottom metal it will, with minor modifications. I have fit up two New Haven stocks to new FN M70's. On both I had to open the trigger well at the front to accomodate the housing of the MOA trigger. I also had to relieve the stock behind and along the bolt stop about 1/32" to allow the bolt stop and spring to clear. All in all it took about 20 minutes with a set of files and sandpaper. CDNN investments has quite a few New Haven Featherweight pattern stocks. I bought one recently (an uncheckered FWT pattern) and it was like-new with a Pachmayr Decelerator on it.
