Morning all! Heads a little fuzzy this morning....drinking irish Stout and Bulleit Bourbon while processing Elk last night. I better check to make sure I have all my fingers and they didn't get ground into burger!  Will finish up today and go visit my daughter for lunch in Grand Rapids. Tomorrow I may grab the little 20 ga double and go scout my deer area out for the opener on the 15th. Might find a wayward Woodcock or Grouse to invite home for dinner......

Good going, DH...and I hate you.
Coming out of college I had a contract offered in Hawaii. Turned it down to come to Idaho cuz it was more outdoorsy. Figured the hunting would be awesome. Little did I know about the scarcity of tags and drawing opportunities. It's now been 5 years since I drew or filled a BG tag.
Maybe I'll sell everything but the varmint rifles and O/U and say screw it! Oh well, there's still upland which I really like anyway.
Hope all you guys who still have tags and time get to fill them. Awaiting results and pics...
