whats is the difference between the rapala 15 and 50 pound digital scale? is there a difference in weight increments? would a 15 pound scale be more precise when weighing lighter fish? why would someone pick a 15 pound scale when a 50 lbs could do what the 15pound scale could do and a whole lot more?

The difference is in the weight increments. The 15 pound is more precise then the 50. If you routinely catch fish over 15 pounds then the choice is simple.

yes, i have contacted the folks @ rapala and they informed me that the difference is the 15lbs scale has increments of 1/2oz. and the 50lbs is increments of 1oz.
not a big difference if you ask me, I don't normally get fish over 15lbs, but it happens. So I bought the 50lbs today.
