Seriously, either will work very well. I'd tackle any deer with either. I doubt you'd ever be able to tell the difference between them. Just pick which ever one trips you're trigger and be prepared to get your hands bloody.
Only a fool would sell an accurate .30-06

hey i didnt mean for em to go on this long i mean it was a pretty good question i asked i think Rhetorically "good"...Both will work and have been used so many times, it would make our heads spin
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

I have shot many deer with .308 150 grain CoreLocs I have lost count. Or if your gun prefers use 150 grain WW powerpoints. Once you get below 24 caliber is when you need to start worrying about which bullet you use on a simple deer.

Sierra GKs are great on deer, taken my fair share. And reliably accurate.
But...
My choice would be Fusion 150s. Won't break up, and also darn accurate, at least in any rifle I've ever put them through.
