This years doe.... Damned 4H program is making him a hell of a shot but this aim, aim, aim [bleep] is not good for dumping elk in the timber. He will figure it out before Wyoming says he is old enough to kill critters. Of course by that time he will have a truck and trailer load of Missouri deer under his belt.

I made him eat one of his tags this year to learn a little lesson. Its hunting, not shooting.

In this child communist state he can only spot..... He did a pretty good job. Good help bob sledding him to the road as well. Only animal I got out whole this year. I even managed to screw up antelope enough to quarter and pack on the back.

For years it was fill up the truck for doe tags. This year it was changed to 2. Still plenty of deer. We had chances on bucks but they don't stand around long. I want him to learn one shot, one kill. So far, so good.
