A late addition to my post:
Savage Model 24c (the little 22 LR x 20 Ga camper model).

The great Winchester .22's, the 52s (Japan made repros are excellent, but would love a USA made one), 75s, 63, 62,61 and the 9422 & 9417.
The fine Winchester model 70 Classic (well made like the early model's).
Winchester model 's 12, 42 and 21.
Savage 24 (my first gun) with wood and case color and the camper (like BMT) too.
Savage 99
Remington 513s, 31 and 720.
Colt Woodsman
Parker and not the 45 or 50 grand Remington, well maybe on the high end.

Many here I already agree with. I wish they'd quit the big markings on the Smiths and just bring back the style with flat butts on the L and N frames and the rosewood or Goncalo Alves stocks.
Winchester, all that have already been mentioned plus the 1873 and 1866 models.
Smith should bring out the 1st Russian.
I don't even know where to begin with Colt as I ain't familiar with their products anymore. What about the SP-1 series of the AR-15.

In preferential order:
1) Ithaca 37R (solid rib, deluxe, W/ cut checkering).
2) S&W K-22.
3) Winchester 61.
4) Pre-64 M-70, with Dunlap gas shield incorporated into the bolt shroud.
5) Winchester M12 field guns.

Jeff Yeah, like a STRAIGHTER stock and separate bolt release & adjustable trigger! 30G, Exactly! I can live with the stock drop, as long as only iron sights are used. A good trigger, and a sear that doesn't have to pull double duty as a bolt stop, would make the '20 an even more superb light sporter, than it already is. Jeff

Remington Nylon 66, black and chrome
Steyer Mannlicher model L (I think that's the one with the nice high gloss wood and gorgeous bluing, and that "oh so cool" twist on the outside of the bbl).
Winchester 61, 62, 63
High standard supermatic trophey
Browning "safari" rifles with FN and Sako actions
Kimber 82 in 218 bee
Remington 11-48 in 28ga
There'll be more, but that's my 1st list.
I can walk on water.......................but I do stagger a bit on alcohol.

Savage 99 in the classic calibers, especially .358 and .30-30, with case colors, blued and walnut! Maybe also a bigger frame size to accomodate a .45-70 or .450 marlin.
Ruger Number 3 Winchester 1895 without the stupid safety Marlin 336 ADL
