We were working with 50 grain, using it to remove slag from boilers and refinery refractory. One of my cohorts was a retired EOD sergeant. One day we got bored, you know what that can lead to....... Imagine origami made from 50 grain det. We found we could tie it in certain shapes, insert it in between boiler tubes and knock out the slag, without damage to the boiler tubes. I put det in various lengths of PCV pipe, so I could stick it back in between pipes or in pipes. Kinda like the old Bangalores. Can you imagine them TSA goons when they found a couple of M57's in my brief case back in '03? Let's just say handcuffs were involved. Last edited by TERRY8mm; 12/19/13.

That way when the porkers come in for a snack. Ka-boom. But from my experience that would probably be the last time I used that spin-cast feeder. Till then, this is probably our most classic effort.
