I just took a remington .223 tactical on a trade. I want to send it in to turn it into an AI....
Does anyone know who could do this for me? I've got one AI already, what could two hurt right?

I imagine Redneck or Mick Coleman here on the fire could do it for you, never heard anything bad about either of them..

It doesn't hurt to have 2 of them( Don't axe me how I know.)

Im about to find out if having three hurts... whistle

Rancho Losero,

It won't do you no good to call my Grampa, he is out delivering presents to street people today. I am on his computer and thought it would be funny to post on his account. He won't ever find out, right???

That is, truthfully, the funniest thing I've seen on here in years.

You get any bunnies yesterday?

I want her twin sis.

Does she have a Shillelagh? If properly armed she can beat off hoards of men.

It's been in the works for a while. Another 60" Shafer Silvertip. However this one is one of Dave's new Exotic Wood risers, with a flared center. I hate to say it, but they look just like a Robertson Stykbow recurve, except with a slightly chubbier riser. It's B&W Ebony on the swells, and a gorgeous piece of Macassar through the center. The limb veneers are Macassar too. Probably around 48-50#'s on that set of limbs. Whatever it takes to shoot the various .500 spine carbons. The hunting limbs are going to be 57-58#'s with the new Super E glass in black, and backed with rattlesnake.

[bleep], the wood for the riser took me 3 hours to pick out of his last shipment. Veneers were about another 2 hours on another trip. There's 300 bucks worth of wood there. It'll be close to a 1800 dollar bow by the time I'm done. It pays to live in the same town as your bowyer smile

Speaking of cool bows... If you're window shopping... Dick Robertson has the Wolfer 3 piece on the drawing board. There might even be a prototype getting built here real soon.

Damn, $1800 stickbow? I guess maybe I'll stick with compounds and my old Grizzly, last thing I need is another expensive hobby! Still, you better throw some pics up when you get it, just so we can see what it looks like. More art in a nice recurve or longbow than just about any other piece of hunting gear, for sure. I tried building one once but it was so [bleep] ugly I couldn't bring myself to finishing it.
