somethin about the way this scope is mounted ... cain't quite put my finger on it ...
I'll be damned...that's what happens when you get in a hurry. Good grief!!
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style.

I have never been able to see a bit of difference in the way a 270 or 280 killed anything.
The 280 Remington is overbore. The 7 Rem Mag is over bore.

kitch: i thought you might have done it on purpose
very nice rifle
I have seen scopes mounted that way on purpose to solve ejection problems where brass Is hitting the turret. It's not hard to adjust at all.

Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego.

To qualify for a soul it has to have a 3 position safety and a claw extractor everyone knows that. Geez you sako guys are sensitive. I was referring to more recent tikkas in the plastic stocks with the ejection port and the integral scope base on the receiver. They shoot lights out though for sure. To each his own.

Not sensitive; I just like to quote Zeppelin. Besides; I own a Kimber K22; they make a very nice rimfire.
