who is the Canadian barrel maker you refer to? I've been waiting for Ted Gaillard of Pathlow, SK to set up his equipment for .35 barrels, but meanwhile don't know of an alternative. I want to re-barrel a FN Browning Safari.
I shoot a Rem 700 now, mostly with Speer GS 250's but any 250 gr. bullet seems OK in the slow twist. I'm not looking for better than 1.5" in a moose gun. 1-14" seems a better choice if you have to pick.
