Ace, I got a serious question. How many times on average for all uses does one get to shoot an arrow before it's trash?
I shoot 440 ACC Prohunters on the bow I shoot most often. I've bought 2 dozen of them in the last 2 years. Unless something bad happens to an arrow, or you lose it, you can refletch and shoot them forever.
I'm Irish...

Thanks. When I was a kid I excelled at losing them. All arrows were wood back then. Bows were long and next thing you know Fred Bear upset the applecart.

Last time I was hunting in dense timber was in Gates county back in the late 70's. Sitting there about 0'dark thirty and looked at my rifle barrel which had mysteriously taken on a fuzzy appearance.
Close inspection revealed that it was a couple million skeeters going through their pre-flight checklist and waiting to bushwhack me after dark.
Almost got the St. Vitus dance just thinking about it.
Gotta love the East Carolina skeeters. I swear the ones in Halifax county are the size of helicopter gunships and fly in squadrons too.
