Just like all these senseless hand wringing replies. Nope, he has already stated publicly on more than one occasion that after the 2016 election he will stay in Washington. Speculation is, he will stay in Washington to put pressure (By way of the MSM) on the next President to continue with his policies and path of destruction.

If he gets Amendment 22 changed or throw out, he could run again. With the elections being fixed he could actually win again. That would be taking a big chance.
