Plunked down $7600 today for two Superbowl tickets! Headed to New York next week. Need to soften the blow a bit.

1. Christensen Arms Carbon Hunter .300 RUM. 26 inch barrel, Bell and Carlson stock, Rem 700 action. Less than 50 rounds down the tube. Haven't shot anything but Factory Nosler 180 Accubond ammo in it as it plunks 3 into a 1 inch group with regularity. No longer has Jewell trigger - X Mark pro adjustable (newest model) instead. Titanium muzzle brake. Scope and Rings not included. $2350.

For that kinda dough, I'd better be standing by the coach during the game, arrive in a jet flown by one of the blue angels, receive a Super Bowl ring, penthouse suite with the cheerleaders from both teams, catered by Gordon Ramsey, and the half time show is the original Van Halen...

Thanks, Eric. We got 100 (lower level) seats kind of in the corner of the end zone. Real similar seats to my Seahawks season tickets that I love. It's $2500+ per ticket just to get into the nosebleed seats.

BTW, took the scope off and put the gun on the scale. 6 lbs, 9 oz.

No way in hel1 I'd give up a rifle like that just to watch some over-paid pro athletes push each other around for a few hours; but that's just me

Killertraylor, I dropped 6000 to go to BCS game.....in Pasadena ....and my team lost.....I was in New York just before Xmas ...jets and browns game....the Met is neat....you'll have a blast.....just wish Christensen was a lefty.....by the way the 257 orange and black is bad ass...my son has killed a truck load of doe's with it...

Go have fun enjoy it I have spent much more on women to end up empty guess that's what's great about being an American we can spend money how ever we want we only get to do this life once .
