New owner of a 99 in 250-3000. Thinking back I can't believe it took this long. I would like to put a Redfield 70LT receiver sight on it. It looks like this is the place to ask.

Hey there all Savage Loonies. I just found out through the Savage Single Shot website SAVAGE SINGLE SHOTS that the forearm on my early Model 220 .410 does not have the correct forearm on it. Of course I'd like to correct that. Anyone here have one they would be willing to part with? Thanks. LHS

Actually according to my betters the S-20 sight ain't really what I want if the rifle is not already drilled for it... the 120 grain TTSX bullets are loaded but the dream of hunting the rifle will be on hold for now unless it's done with open sights.
