NSAQUAM, Perzactly, Only recently I had to delay shipping a couple of things due to my illness causing me great nausea, exhaustion, weakness and headaches. I also PM'ed people who were expecting stuff from me and they too were quite allright, caring more about my health. Yep, this place generally IS like that. I am proud to be a part of 24hrcf.

As am I!

I think eveyone had agreed the yalie was 110% in the wrong here for calling out Mark the way he did, 1 by the way he did it, 2 by posting personal health issues, which if anyone should know would be a lawyer with the new federal hippa law, 3 calling Mark a liar and Im sure I could go on. I personaly sent Mark some money today to help him out with what he needs both medical and personal, and another 5 other guys on here contacted me and they did the same for him. Mark wanted me to help him out by buying his guns that he has for sale I told him I didnt want his guns and for him to keep them and enjoy them, he worked all his life for these guns and there his pride and joy. Told him that I will help out the way I see fit and to take care of himself and his wife and to get better as I want to book a trip out to see him for a guided hunt

Never having met Mark, personally, I feel I know him from the exchanges we've had and from his postings.

His in depth revelation of his personal health issues really touched me. He didn't have to reveal all that, but he did. That's just him and how honestly open he is. Not a bogus bone in his body.

I, too, was taken aback by the vicious and ostentatious public display by his attacker. That was low class and mean spirited. And one can easily tell by the response of the Fire crowd, how that whole exchange was viewed.

Best regards, Mark. Wishing you well, brother.

The problem with Yalie's type (defense attorneys) is that they are the captains of situational ethics. There is no absolute truth for them, everything is to be twisted or manipulated. They're not to be trusted. I'm glad Mark can escape from this guy with no further problems, and that the rest of us have a heads up.

That's fine my friend. Sounds like some rough stuff to deal with on his part too.

I will say,
your take on this on this "situation" is different than expected.

P.S. I just scanned this thread. I retract my statement. Should have known.

You had better practice a little more. Someday you MIGHT get it right. Someone that finishes LAST in law class is still called a lawyer. In your case there's nothing to be proud of.

Yalie: I am sad to hear you are/were a lawyer!
One of the lifes lessons I learned LONG ago and that has been re-verified countless times since is - NEVER put ANY creedence in anything a lawyer says.
You might want to keep the fact you are/were a lawyer to yourself!
Just some free advice for your consideration.
