Yep, I think that last handful of pierogis may have pushed my over the limit last night. Of course the second bowl of my chili ensured a clean gizzard and no lasting damage. Weekly totals thru 2/2/14 Workouts: 2 runs for 8 miles, 1 lifting session, 1 hike, 1 swim at the Y Diet: 4.5 of 7.0 clean eating days Looking for a little better results for this week. Will
Smellin' a lot of 'if' coming off this plan.

Did upper body today. Headed to Las Vegas for a couple days, safe to say workouts will not be on the menu.

Tabata squats, eh? Do you pee when you do those, or do you use a different squat-to-pee?

What you do in the privacy of your own home is not my concern, but sorry, I don't roll that way.

Warmup: Double Unders 50 Reps Hip Stretches
Skill: Bench Press
WOD: Tabata for each exercise, rest 1 min, then the next. Score is the sum of the lowest round for each exercise.
Squats 135# Bench Press Jumping Pullups
My total was 25. Squats = 12, Bench = 3, Jumping Pullups = 10. I was at 5-7 on bench, then hit the wall the last two rounds.

Be CAREFUL with those jumping pullups Pointer. They will give you a case of rhabomyolysis in a heartbeat. GHD situps in quanity is the only exercise more likely to do so.

Several guys at my station are big into CrossFit. One of the hero wods is based on Lt. Murphy from the SEALS called the "Murph". http://sealgrinderpt.com/navy-seal-workout/murph-workout-tips.html/I generally do this wod once or twice a week. For time: One mile run 100 pull ups 200 push ups 300 Air squats Then finish off with one mile run Its a lot tougher than it looks. I'm 6'2" 234 lbs and at 49 years old its not easy. My time is running at 1 hr, about 1:15 with fatigues and boots.

Chrome, do you do the Pull ups/ Push-ups/ Squats in sets of 10 or so, right in a row and alternating? Or knock one workout out and move onto the next?
That sounds like a good one.

I usually do it in small sets such as:
5 pull ups 10 push ups 10 squats
I like to finish my pull ups first because they are the hardest for me.
Some of the firefighters at work are doing this wod in 40 minutes. Body weight slows me down.
