Thanks bunches, those would be some flat fliers for sure!

But, 1) I am now not getting my rifle back until summer time, possibly too late for much varmint shooting and 2) I decided to use a bullet with a very similar BC as my hunting bullets so that my practice would be more transferable. A couple hundred Sierra 100 gr BTHP'S (which I would NEVER use on a big game animal) became available pretty cheap in classifieds a couple of days ago, and I bought them to use for initial load work up and practice + whatever varmint shooting is still left to do when the rifle is done. They are very similar in shape and BC to my much loved and very deadly Barnes 100gr TTSX's.
