I have one living next door to me - my sister-in-law. She's so sick she can't work- has violent stomach problems, and crazy as a tree full of orangutans.

My Mom married a dude some twenty years younger than her. He convinced Mom they should embrace the vegetarian lifestyle. Yes she was about seventy at the time.
The most amazing thing happened, over the next couple years he made several emergency trips to the hospital with low hemoglobin counts and weakness to the point he could not stand up.
Just a coincidence!
Then they decided if it was good for them it would be good for the eighty pound Rottweiler. Pretty soon they had the poor dog at the vet because it was so weak it could not stand up.
Too damned stupid to know that a dog is a CARNIVORE!
I grew up in the Seventh Day Adventist Church. I know a lot of very healthy vegetarians. Loma Linda Industries sells a vast amount of very healthy and nutritious vegetarian foods. The typical vegetarian diet is lacking in several essential amino acids which are typically derived from meat. Loma Linda does a good job of supplying those amino acids from plant sources.
But a person must be conscious of the need and look for those essential amino acids. Man does not live on lettuce alone.
Notice, I did not say a word about taste or flavor of those vegetarian foods. Give me a good ribeye, preferably shot in the wild, or 2'nd choice, out of my own pasture.
People who choose to brew up their own storms bitch loudest about the rain.

Wasn't Hitler a vegetarian? Yes, and so was/is Charlie Manson. L.W.

Amino acids are an intregal necessity for correct brain function. Amino acids are from meat protein and a few other things. without amino acids the brain does not function well. If the brain is not functioning well how good of decisions are you going to make?Cut out the meat you get stupid and never make good decisions again and tell everyone else how stupid they should get by being vegetarian. Anyone else see a pattern here.?Duh never met a veg that wasn't a little slow. not able to rise above their self depleting cycle. Most are libetards duh.
