LOL. Gold seems to fragile for combat.
Not that I ever see that coming to fruition and I"ll run what I got if it ever does. But you never know.. sure happen to have some stock triggers laying around just in case...

I thought you were a Gold guy? I love 'em but I am of the opinion that a 4.5# trigger is light enough for an SPR type rifle, and heavy enough to offer some margin of safety against an unintended discharge in a high-stress environment. The Gold is proven reliable in high-round count rifles. The new non-adjustable version might just be as reliable as a Geiselle SD Combat. Time will tell. IIRC, it is a 3.5# trigger and that might be a tad light. YMMV.

I may have to buy another gun just to try the Super Dynamic Enhanced trigger.

I am happy with the G2S, only shot it 2-300 rds but it's much better than the QMS it replaced.

when do we ever need a more substantial excuse to waste money on guns and ammo?
I guess if forced I "could" put it into the MP10...

FWIW, I handled a few pre-production CMC 2-stage triggers recently. IIRC they'll be offered in 2#-2# and a 1.5#-3.5# models. The 2-2 version was definitely my favorite of the two.
The second stage break definitely wasn't as crisp as an SSA-E, but it wasn't bad. I'm waiting to see what the price comes in at. Although I can't imagine it being much cheaper than a G2S. If they price them at $200ish I'd go Geisselle, hands down.
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about a new trigger. It's good to see options, and competition in the market can only be a good thing.
your flippant remarks which you so adeptly sling
