Mmmmm...Arby's graymeat with pumper cheese! What's not to like? Take a bite, squirt some horsy sauce in your mouth and you'd think you were at Ruth's-Chris.

Not me, nor much in the way of burgers that I have not made myself either. Fast food for me, when I am back home comes from local Taqueria's, here in Korea it is bulgogi.

Does anyone know what it's really made of? It's the color and more or less the texture of real beef but it's way too uniform. There's no marbling or layering at all. Just curious in the name of food 'purity'. I've always thought it was thinly sliced cardboard.. I wouldn't touch that crap with a ten-foot pole..

Bologna, kraft american cheese, white bread, yellow mustard, and an ice cold pepsi With a layer of regular potato chips in between it all. Deeelicious ! Outside on the back porch, soaking in the sun, not a care in the world. I miss those days

I will throw this out there, from visiting Arby's for many years.
It pertains to the Arbys Sauce itself.
For some reason, the 'communal' sauce pump station in the lobby: EVERY time I get Arbys Sauce from the inside condiment station....I ALWAYS get the worst case of flaming starfish, jet-spray diarrhea. Now, this has taken me many observations to advance from simple hypothesis.
I have substituted the Arbys Sauce in the carry out 'squirty-packs' pardon the pun; with no ill effects to report. However, while building my population sample, reverting alternately back to the Lobby Pump sauce
So after about 30 observations over several years, I have concluded that there is 'something' to this.
I had to explain this to an Arbys Manager who resisted my requests for packets of sauce while dining in.
Just a word to the wise. Sound advice and not just at Arby's. Dirty ice is also problematic.
