About a dozen, a few unaltered, most custom or customized, Griffin & Howe, Shelhamer, Jaeger, Randall (obscure Oregon gunsmith but wonderful 7-30), Epps, Dowtin, MPI, couple without ID. Only fancy original is an A2 Special from 1909.

Here's what I have: 1 1899 .250 Deluxe - different #ed buttplate 1 1899 .250 Deluxe - had holes drilled in receiver 1 99R in .250 - original 1 1899B in .30-30 - original 1 1899F SRC in .30-30 - original So my list is five, all used but not abused!!!! Then my great uncle-in-law has a 99R in .308 and he'd be even greater if he'd give it to me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> and I can think of three EG's in .250, one .300, one .22 Hi-Power 1899H that neighbors have and a 99E in .243 that I sold. So I guess with my 5 you can add another 6 for a grand total of 11. RandySavage99

Fug is one of the off-line guru's.Barkeater is his eyes on the net...so stuff you sell to Barkeater...is going to the Fug.

I have one (passed down from my dad) and my brother has one (he was mad 'cause I got dad's & went out & found one of his own). Both .300s, mine is an R (according to Lightfoot) but I don't know what his is. Next time I see him, I'll ask.

I only have one, and it's my only deer rifle (no complaints).
99F 300sav my dad bought new in 1954-55.
I remember my uncle use to hav an old 99 that my grandfather would have bought before WW1, it may have been in 25-35?
