RL17 is my preference, with Lapua 308 brass necked down and CCI 200 primers.

Is 7828 SSC a one for one substitute for RL22?

A Doe walks out of the woods today and says, that is the last time I'm going to do that for Two Bucks.

I can not personally speak of it's performance on deer because I never used them on game.
I can tell you they rock at long range and my powder of choice is IMR 7828....work up to 45-46 gr.
