Update- After a second phone conversation and emails showing photos of the awful groups the rifle is producing, Windham has agreed to take the upper back and replace the barrel. Guess I got the right guy on the phone the second time around. They sent a prepaid shipping label and are talking about a quick turn around. Was having my doubts about their customer service, not so much any more after getting past the phone receptionist and talking to a manager who can make decisions.

good to know they stand behind their product, if I carry a 12 pound AR I want it to shoot like it should, a chromed pencil barrel gun could shoot the groups you posted and better. I got an Ruger 308 SR-762, I hate it because it weights a ton, I love it because it shoots so damn good you would never part with it. An accurate gun is a gun you never part with, and once in a while you luck up on one from the factory..
