Another good "small" 6mm bullet for the micro 24 calibers is the Sierra 85 gr JHPBT Gameking.

Sucky BC but you've got to figure if your going to be shooting long range then go with a .243 Win.

Sierras are fine on deer/pigs if you don't get crazy with them speed wise.

Speed kills. and I don't have any long range shots that would benefit me by going with a higher BC bullet such as the 105 gr. A-max. The balance of good velocity with a decent ballistic coefficient is more important to me in the smaller cartridges.

What's a typical OAL for your loads? I was thinking a nice old Sako Vixen would make a nice 6X45, but fear the mag box is too short.
