funny, I actually do know a guy who managed a miniature golf course. He got real drunk one Sat night and decided he needed to mow...the carpet... The next couple days the course was closed as "worn out" carpet was replaced. The owner was his father-in-law. Not sure he ever heard the whole story about the carpet relacment.
