What does the Chrony say?
I shot well over a thousand of those 140 Sierras through my Winchester before I rebarreled it. They always gave great accuracy.
I wish I could state their effect on flesh and bone, but I never killed anything with one. Still I am positive they would do the job on anything up to elk.
With careful bullet placement, they should work there also. But I personally would look for a tougher bullet, if I were forced to use mine on elk.

I shoot at public range I got their 35 minutes from closing so didn't even get it set up. It's my buds gun and he is going to use them on elk I told him don't aim for the shoulder aim behind don't want to hit solid bone with them. I thinking these accubonds will shoot with h4831. They shot ok with retumbo probably 1 1/4.

That definitely will not bounce off an elk.
I bet you could hit 3000 to 3050 pretty easily with H1000, given more time for load development.

Why does everyone seem to always go with the chrono data, never questioning the device itself?
DF I question mine all the time. Sometimes I even leave it out of the loop
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA
