I was angry at first, also, but then I realized how much I was enjoying the azzhole pitching his little fit, and I thought making a total fool of himself. After that, I enjoyed it greatly.
Yeah, he went through about every gun control lie there is, never mentioning that "criminals", by definition, do not obey the law. +1000 It was a stunning collapse for the muslim azzhole cry baby. Loved every min of it.

I can imagine they have a hard time explaining how the defeat came because senators were influenced by their constituents. Odd that none grasps that in Washington.

Harry voted no on the background check bill. I bursted out laughing when I heard it. But how the heck does any democrat score an "A rating" from the NRA. The could only hope to work their way up from being subhuman to a high water mark of an "F rating" by virtue of being a democrat. The problem is that the NRAs ratings cover hunting issues. So Harry has a good record on supporting hunting issues, thats how he confuses the issue; its out of the Shumer playbook. And then you add in that Harry typically doesnt support too many gun bills; he is from Nevada. As for how Harrys rating will be; my bet is he will retain the NRAs A ratingThis is one of the many issues I have with the NRA.

Seems odd since he voted no on the 1993 Crime Bill, as well.

Why can't congress get their at together to protect our children from the mentally ill who buy their guns online! This is a super bizarre quote from someone who' 300+ posts here are nearly all in the advertising section selling and trading firearms and accessories. The posts read like he is a dealer. WTF did this one come from??? Planted troll or just misinformed?

As much as I hate Reid on most things, he has been a pretty good ally of gun owners recently. He knows that the gun issue is toxic to rural dems and has kept gun bills from coming to the floor on many occasions. In this case, he had too much pressure not to let it come up for a vote, but he knew it would not pass, which would allow him to quietly remove the whole gun bill.
Not to mention, if the NRA helps defeat him, Durbin or Schumer would be majority leader. This would have gone much different if that was the case.

He did however vote for the assault weapon ban and mag capacity, as he no longer understands why assault weapons and high-capacity magazines are necessary.

Reid will do as directed by Obama and he will lose the next election. He nearly lost the last one
I got banned on another web site for a debate that happened on this site. That's a first

Why can't congress get their at together to protect our children from the mentally ill who buy their guns online! I keep hearing this and I don't understand....I have bought many guns from online dealers. Every one (unless they are eligible for a Curio and Relic FFL which I have)has been sent to a local FFL where I pick it up and fill out the form and the dealer calls to see if I am "ok". I guess they are referring to Craigs list or something like that where you buy from another individual?? They try to make it sound like you can just click on a gun and have it shipped to you with no records. And they are very successful at it. See hwy84's post.
I saw a movie where only the military and the police had guns. It was called Schindler's List.

Zero has had a really crappy week. First he got his ass handed to him by the NRA and now the marathon bombers turned out to be mooselimbs instead of rednecks.

The most divisive politician in American history - that's Obama.
Just a cryin' shame that folks have sided with the Democrats, and sold their very souls, 'cause trust is GONE. The country was assured, "Democrats have ceded gun control as an issue". The country was assured, "no tax increases for the middle class".
At this point, it's no longer simply different points of view that divides the country, it's the fear of untruth - and all the havoc, and destruction that come with it.

Let's hope we get a lot more Tea Party folks in there, not neocons or any other variety of RINO.
