This is the best live cover ever. Even you tools that hate Stairway will like this. Let it build...

The Who at the Pontiac Silverdome in December 1975 was my favorite concert of all time.

Give Me Back My Wig--Luther Allison covering Hound Dog Taylor

I thought Heart performing Stairway to Heaven with the backing choir was spooky good (think it was for Kennedy Center honors for Zep). I'll take a look and see if I can find it.

I would like to think I am not a follower, but I do have to admit that "Stairway To Heaven" was always one of my favorite songs. The way it started slowly to a crescendo at the end, I am still moved by the song. This was superb and anyone that can't appreciate it can't recognize real music...

Who(m) ever arranged that gospel and symphonic rendition should get an award as well.

Damn.

An old folk song....who knows...but Cash did it before.

This original song featured a trumpet player by the name of Louis Armstrong...
