The 7828ssc didn't work too bad in my rifles either. I've used the 162 sst with good results as well. I have some spare accubonds and ssts if you need some. I'm using Rem brass and GM215M primers.

Winchesterpoor,
Just a FYI, but I just bought some 160 AB, 7mm, from Midway last week. Not sure if they are still in stock now, though.

My Classic just LOVES regular old sticks of 7828 under a 140 AccuBond.

Nice tight groups and OBSCENE speeds.

Thanks shooters, the 140 accubond would work just fine on SW GA whitetails, Im trying to figure which Winchester is the most accurate, A laredo with boss, a 26" laredo or a custom shop sporting sharpshooter. so far all three are milkey tits nice, the laredos have truck axle barrels.Im having a barrel of fun with all 3,that 7STW is a long range hammer! very best winpoor

Looks like a good donor but that's about it. The action guts can be changed to whatever with the right parts.

Ive had nothing but good luck with the several BOSS mod 70's Ive owned, they make 30-06's out of the mag guns and 243 our of the 30-06. I guess Ive been lucky, If I have anything bad to say it is the noise, muzzle blast. I finally put a solid on the 30-06. As my Dad used to say 'that what makes ugly women marry and poor land sell!' Im sure as hell not going to trash a 1/2 to 3/4 in shooting gun. Right now Im shooting the BOSS 7STW better than the 26" straight tube or the Sporting Sharpshooter, it does have the best scope but I doubt that is the reason.. very best WinPoor
