When it comes down to it, how many of us are really "free" anyway? It's hard to be free if you don't even own the ground you lay your head on at night and it's hard to actually own the ground you're on if there are annual taxes due. That makes a person more of a tenant than an "owner". I won't even go into how many people really work for the ultra rich and what constitutes slavery in the post-modern world.
