I'm looking out my office window at the Clayton Courthouse, and there are a throng of news folks standing around freezing. Much of the sidewalk has been barricaded off, and there is a giant NBC broadcast truck with its satelite dish all set to go.Fox News is just pulling up. That and it would set the wrong precedent.
We have a system of justice with procedures that should not be compromised just because "the people" demand it.
