The Campfire will be a poorer place with this loss. Prayers on the way for his family. Amen. I had the pleasure of staying with Mickey for a couple of days several years ago. A finer gentleman you could not ask for. I learned more about building fine rifles and great 40's music in two days than I thought possible. His canine companions will certainly be mourning him, as well. My prayers go out to Dorothy and the rest of his family. Ed

My only contact with him was here on the Fire. I'm shocked to hear of his passing.
From his posts, he seemed to be a man who had a solid relationship with his Maker. He had a wise word for most any situation.
He will be missed.
