Very clean Pre Garcia Sako Forester L579 in .243 Win. Shoots little groups with the 85 Barnes TSX and 85 Sierra HPBT. When I got it it was like new and like an idiot I hunted it. Has a few dings in the stock that I tried to show in the pics. Blueing is fantastic except a few rub marks on the bolt cocking piece. Scope not included. $1,100 obo shipped to your FFL lower 48. Postal money order only. Higbean: I don't think you are an idiot - I do think you made a poor choice to Hunt with an older (55 years old or so?), minty, valuable, Rifle and now YOU are paying the price for that, as you are trying to sell it.
That price appears to me to be about $200.00 worth of damage done!

Speaking of idiots, I took this $14,000.00, 130 year old original, minty model 1876 to Alaska, hunted some adverse conditions and my son shot this bear with it. I should have left it home and used a stainless/plastic piece of $hit with fast twist... really how many times have we all taken a 40 k truck through the mud hunting....those sakos are made for hunting..none of us want to be the first to damage a nice gun but now that you have it out of the way someone can have years of enjoyment..
