Here's Libby the Wonderdog. She loves going to the Oregon Coast; digging holes, running in the surf and generally terrorizing the sea gulls.
Libby is twelve years old now and she has terminal bladder cancer. The endoscopic surgery to excise the tumors has extended her life greatly. In fact, her doggy oncologist is amazed that Lib is still alive!!!
Yep, Libby is a short-timer and we grudgingly accept that, but we thank God for every extra day with this wonderful little lassie.
Karen and I have had Scottish terrorists for about forty years now. I thought that Libby's grandfather, Stuart, was the best we'd ever had ... I was right at the time.
And then, there was Libby.
Dammit, this one is gonna hurt.

This is Stowie. She stowed away in our travel trailer 18 years ago and we didn't know we had a cat until we got home.
I took this photo when I was between hunting trips to Alberta and Montana. I was packing for the Montana trip and old Stowaway thought that she would ... uhhh, stow away in my duffle bag. Cute.
She's more dog than cat and is one heck of a lot of fun.
Yes, Libby and Stowie sleep together in one black and white ball of fur.
