When hunting season ends, it will soon be riding season. The thread about the Barber Motorsports park got me wondering. Who rides? Show me your scoot.

'14 Ultra.. Put nearly 7K on it last year.. Funny you bring this thread up - not a half hour ago I finalized, and paid for, the camping spot near Custer City, SD for the Sturgis Rally.. Gonna be a long wait till spring now..

Mine is a 2013 HD FLHR (Road King).
Added: Screaming Eagle Stage 1 Air Cleaner, Vance and Hines Dresser Duals and Monster Twin Slash Oval Pipes, SE-255 Cams, Heritage style handle bars, and the sound system, plus a few shiny things here and there. The bike is just the down payment!
I put nearly 12K miles on it the first year, but work really cut in to riding this least year.

Bunch'a Geezer Glides here. 2014 Honda CB500X. Or a "kid's bike" as the Deputy Sheriff who pulled me over called it.

Your 99 looks like it just came out of the showroom!! Yeah, it's pretty clean! That's how it looked last spring when I bought it up in Tulsa... the guy who owned it kept it very, very well. I've put a few more miles on it this year (30,750 total miles on the bike), but it's still pretty clean.

This was the first riding day for the Guzzi in 2014. Sunny and warm in March. Hoping for an early spring this year too.

No studs? With the snow we generally get deep lugged tires at a low air pressure work pretty well.

Thanks for starting this thread! I just came from my friends shop who is tearing my bike down and back together with a turbocharger this winter for me. Perfect timing with me getting the news today that I will probably feel like riding again this summer. '03 "R" model Harley Sportster. 74c/i big bore kit, ported heads, biggest valves we could fit into those heads, Andrews N-4 cams, S&S Super 'E' with accelerator pump, other mods to get it to run REALLY good Daily driver and sometimes drag racing bike. I missed the last 4 months of riding season and the last several races too sick with my bad kidneys. But with my transplant now imminenet, I am hoping to look like the photo below more often this summer Working on getting the turbocharger to work on it this winter, really close to ready for riding w/turbo. (Below) 83MPH in 1/8 mile with a .010 reaction time, ET of 8.6 and winning by only .111 seconds VS a big block, drag racing slicks equipped, drag racing only, not streetable car, is an exciting ride! Being able to do this on a daily driver is even more of a hoot. To me anyway. I sure hope I can get back to riding soon after my transplant surgery, and I hope that the new Turbo does not blow my motor to smithereens on the first pass. We are hoping for a 1/8 mile pass at under 7.9 and over 100MPH to jump from Sportsman class to pro class. We shall see...

Gonna be a long wait till spring now.. I hear ya on the long wait! THAT is a beautiful bike, sir! I am not one for a bagger yet, but if'n I was I would be mighty proud to ride THAT one! You are so right about the initial buy of the bike being the beginning in many cases. That said, when I am weary of riding a race bike day to day, I think I could be happy with one of the new 110ci, twincam, F/I Super Glide's or maybe a fat boy. The new bikes and that new big motor look to me like I could start 'em up and ride 'em happily forever more without touching anything. (I know, famous last words)
