Mine is not finished in the pic, just had thrown it together for some testing. Just sent the action out for Black Ice coating. Rem 40X that I converted to a repeater, Brux, McM.

I'm liking this one a bunch. Did you do the repeater conversion yourself? Pics of the machine work for the magazine would be good.

Would a Remington factory custom shop qualify? I have a Remington 547 and would be interested to hear which model you have and how you like it. Mine is very accurate however won't eject brass from the chamber other than ELEY. Think its a tight job? Needs to be polished? I have a Remington 40x Sporter Repeater

My 40X custom. Metal work is done except the plating. It has a gaintwist 8 groove Bartlein barrel, PT&G bolt, custom bolt handle, 3 pos. safety, rear tang welded to remove the factory safety cut out, and a Shilen trigger I have one of only 3 Remington custom shop made internal adjustable scopes. I was able to purchase this from Mike Walker's estate. Wood is from Roger Vardy in Australia. Hopefully it will be done this year. Ooooh, that's nice! You might as well weld up the rear receiver screw hole and make it blind. A rifle so nice deserves such imo. Single shot I assume....

Yes it is a SS. I was lucky to have a friend that gave me the receiver and PT&G bolt.

That is one very good friend Butch. Those 40x 22 actions are rare. Is that a 3 pos safety I see on that ? If so, who installed it ?

Great to see the many outstanding rimfire sporter pics posted in response to my inquiry. I did not know if this thread was going anywhere after the initial rude smartazz replies. Thanks to all who contributed/shared info and pics showing their rifles, keep them coming.
