I go to JoAnn fabrics and get a 50% off coupon and just buy new foam and custom cut everything out because every trip I'm bringing different firearms and gear. Traveled as far as Africa with that type set up and everything stays in one piece
A sharpie to trace and an electric carving knife and you are good to go
