I like to poke fun at the eggheads, but sure as hell wouldn't get rid of it without some experimentation. That said, Kenneth and Dave ate correct, not much you can't do with a $40.00 Weber. Sure it will take more work ( read, skill), but they are damned sure another tool every back porch gourmet needs to know how to use. Heck, I'm a mechanic, and there are quite a few items in my box that don't get used often. But they sure make the process easier. Sean
